Note that due to its location in the highlands Zomba is relatively flood safe and was not affected by the cyclone that recently hit Mozambique and some southern regions of Malawi. Our thoughts are with the victims of this disaster.
Getting in
By plane
Blantyre: Chileka International Airport (BLZ) – 1h30 from Zomba
Lilongwe: Kamuzu International Airport (LLW) – 4h30 from Zomba
We mostly likely will be able to arrange airport transport. If you have registered you will receive a link to fill in your arrival/departure information.
By land
There are bus connections to Malawi/Zomba from neighboring countries. Please research these connections yourself.
Visas
For international travelers to Malawi many nationalities are able to obtain visas upon arrival.
